GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) serve as the primary reference for resolving any questions, disputes, or concerns related to the use of JokiCasino or any associated domains owned or operated by Damagi Marketing Solutions LTD (collectively referred to as the “Website,” “Websites,” or the “Company”). All gameplay on JokiCasino is governed by the rules outlined in these T&Cs. By using the Website or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these T&Cs, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

By placing bets, accessing games, or using the Website in any way, you also agree to comply with:

2. My Account

The minimum legal age to open an account is 21. Players who reside in countries not listed as available during registration are not permitted to open an account or use the Website. The Company may refuse account registrations from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

Employees, contractors, agents, partners, or anyone with privileged access to internal information may not participate in any games during their employment.

Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, device, or environment. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any associated balances or winnings may be confiscated. Your account cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. This includes transferring funds, winnings, claims, rights, or any value associated with the account. JokiCasino may close any account at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that login credentials remain confidential. Any activity completed using the correct username and password will be treated as authorized. Unused bonuses may be removed after 7 days. Accounts with a remaining balance and no activity for 12 months may incur a monthly administrative fee of up to $10.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age, not politically exposed, using your account solely for personal purposes, and that all provided information is accurate, complete, and truthful. You must notify us within 7 days of any changes to this information.

3. Account Verification

All accounts must undergo verification to comply with legal obligations including age checks, fraud prevention, anti–money laundering controls, and withdrawal eligibility. To complete verification, players must submit the following:

  • A valid identity document (passport, driver’s license, or national ID);
  • A recent utility bill (up to 3 months old) showing name and address;
  • Any additional documents required by the Finance department.

4. Deposits

To place bets at JokiCasino, players must first make a minimum deposit. Withdrawals must be made to an account belonging to the same individual registered on the JokiCasino account. Bonus funds and funds locked in unfinished games cannot be withdrawn.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $50. Requests below this threshold will be rejected and returned to the player’s balance. Standard withdrawal processing times range from 1–3 business days once verification is complete. If delays exceed 10 days, the player will be notified.

JokiCasino may decline withdrawals if verification is incomplete. Additional documents or notarized ID may be required at our discretion.

Large winnings of $40,000 or more may be paid in installments. No interest is applied to outstanding balances. Deposits not tied to bonuses must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, in accordance with anti–money laundering requirements. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account may be closed and funds confiscated.

6. Restricted Player Groups

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws of their country or jurisdiction. Your decision to access the Website is made independently, and you are accountable for complying with any applicable local regulations. The Company does not provide legal advice, nor does it guarantee that the Website is lawful or suitable in your location.

JokiCasino only accepts players from regions where online gambling is legally permitted. If you attempt to register or play from a restricted jurisdiction, your account may be closed without notice. In such cases:

  • Bonuses and winnings will be voided;
  • Remaining balances may be returned (minus reasonable administrative charges);

Requests to apply restrictions take effect immediately upon confirmation from our Support Team. Requests to loosen or remove limits require a 48-hour cooling-off period and cannot take effect sooner than seven days from the initial request.

If an account is closed for addiction-related reasons, all accounts under the same operator group will be affected, and reopening them is strictly prohibited.

Any funds credited to your account due to an error are considered held in trust for the Company and must be returned immediately upon request. If such funds were already used to place bets or participate in games, those bets may be canceled, and any associated winnings may be withheld or reversed.

It is your responsibility to inform us as soon as reasonably possible if you notice an error. Failure to report an issue may result in the forfeiture of related winnings. We are not responsible for losses incurred as a result of errors by the player.

18. Breach of Agreement

If you violate any provision of these T&Cs or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account. We may also withhold or confiscate winnings and use available funds to compensate for damages arising from the breach.

Damagi Marketing Solutions LTD retains sole authority to determine whether your conduct violates our rules, policies, or terms. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the services offered shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
